
We have come to the end of Thrive month — but that doesn't mean we should stop learning to Thrive. That's why we are looking at the topic of connecting with people, with the simple act of saying hello.
Spending time with family, friends, and community, whether in-person or remotely, can reduce stress and provide a sense of belonging. While being responsive to changing COVID-19 protocols, there are still many ways you can connect with others while still protecting your health and the health of others.
