Did you know that with the UBC Employee and Family Assistance Program you can access a range of coaching and consultation support through WorkLife support services?
These services are conducted through telephone or online platforms to help you make decisions about issues you may be facing and to support your health and wellness goals. Here are just a few WorkLife services to share:
Financial Support:
Provides online financial planning support, information and options on issues such as credit/debt management, budgeting, financial aspects of separation/divorce, insurance, income tax and retirement planning.
Nutrition Support:
Connect with a Registered Dietitian for information about boosting energy, eating a well-balanced plant-forward diet, regulating diabetes, lowering cholesterol levels, and more. Services also include Eating for Health, an online program to apply healthy eating strategies to support disease prevention.
Resiliency Coaching:
Resiliency Coaching is specifically designed to help individuals find a point of focus in life, reduce overall stress and remove challenges. Over three months, you will learn more about coping strategies, steps to avoid burn-out and finding focus in life, and making it a priority.
