A reminder that managers and HR administrators should not enter any additional transactions between November 10 and December 7 for employees receiving merit or performance-based increases.
This will help minimize the risk of errors as the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) loads these transactions for departments.
If an employee has a transaction that’s still in progress as of December 7, 2021, the ISC will not process their merit increases. Departments will need to submit the merit increase transaction and any other required correction records using the Request Compensation Change business process.
