Autumn in all its fall foliage has arrived at UBC, which means there’s no better time to explore your campus. Walking is a convenient, accessible and free way to do this while also improving your health, reducing stress and making connections with the community and nature. Read on to learn more about the programs available through UBC Recreation.
Fall Walking Programs
UBC Vancouver’s Move U Crew invites you to join them every Wednesday at noon for a free 45-minute guided walk. It’s a great way to recharge midday and refocus for the afternoon.
The current meet-up location is at TEF III, outside the Starbucks located on Agronomy Road & East Mall. Just look for the Move U Crew in the turquoise T-shirts. No need to register.
