UBC has joined Pride at Work, an organization dedicated to helping create a safer, more inclusive workplace that recognizes the skills of 2SLGBTQIA+ people.
By joining Pride at Work, UBC’s employees gain access to programs, benefits, and services designed to support individual and collective learning and strategies for inclusion based on gender expression, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
UBC faculty and staff can access educational webinars, workshops, and employee networking and leadership development programming. For UBC, this means additional resources to support employees to engage with inclusion and support the implementation of the Inclusion Action Plan, UBC Strategic Plan, and Focus on People Framework.
