A new way to book with our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider
Not only has our EFAP received a new name and brand (see Our EFAP has officially changed to TELUS Health) but there is also a new way to book a session with a counsellor: the TELUS Health online booking tool.
The online booking tool gives you more control over your mental health journey. You can book online immediately – without needing to make a call – and you can also use a range of filters to access a counsellor of your choosing. Please note: the online tool is used to book telephone and video sessions, it cannot be used to book in-person meetings.
The booking tool is yet another way to connect with our EFAP provider. You can always contact the TELUS Health Care Access Center on +1 866 424 0770 (or use First Chat) to speak with an intake counsellor and organize your booking.
A reminder that TELUS Health counsellors have a minimum of a master’s degree in a related field and are licensed with at least five years of EFAP-specific experience.
