Job evaluation or classification enables consistent and transparent ordering and grouping decisions to be made about positions, as information and facts are all evaluated in the same way within established parameters.

Staff salary administration

Salaries can change for a number of reasons over the course of employment. Examples of salary increases are probationary increases, step increases, and/or merit pay increases.
