HR Operational Reports

Managers and HR Administrators can find many common reports on the HR Operational Reports dashboard in Workday.

This dashboard organizes commonly used HR operational reports under six functional areas:

  • HR/HCM fundamental
  • Academic fundamental
  • Compensation, Payroll & Time Tracking
  • Time off & Absence
  • Onboarding & Training
  • Business Process (BP) & Security Maintenance

Dashboard Access

You will have access to the dashboard if you are:

  • a Manager (with a Supervisory Organization) or
  • an HR administrator with one of the following Workday security roles:
  • Senior HR Partner
  • Senior FR Partner
  • HR Partner
  • HR Analyst

You can access the dashboard through Workday.

If you would use this dashboard often, you can add this dashboard to the “View All Apps” on your Workday home page and the Global Navigation menu for easy access. Follow Applications & Global Navigation in Workday in the Workday Knowledge Base for guidance on how to do this.
